today very very angry.. my day was spoilt by two idiot woman..read below to see the complaint letter i had for their head office and CASE..
I was having my lunch with my friend at the S11 coffee shop at 1540hrs after a long three hours of meeting. As my friend had no liking of any food as she was not really feeling well, she decided to take something light other than the food from the coffeeshop itself. The first staff who saw her eating, came and bangs the table with the cups and asked ：Don・t know how to read? Never study? See the signs carefully. You should know how to read if you study.； in Chinese. About 5 minutes later, another staff, Sally, whom I believed that she was from the drinks section, came and once again she bangs the table and shouted ：You better keep away the food before I chased you out. Can・t afford to drink? Then don・t sit here. Don・t sit on MY table. Don・t know how to see the notices? No eyes? Didn・t study? Don・t know how to read?； In Chinese. In less than 3 minutes later, she realised that my friend were still at the table with me, she came back for the second time and started using nasty words to shout at my friend.
wan to know why i so angry? ok lah i admit that its our fault, we forgotten that no outside allowed but i was eating there wat.. not as if i din eat.. jus sit there only.. does she have to bang the table and shout.. cant she talk nicely.. please lor.. i didnt offend her in any ways lor.. why they have to do that? say i never study.. i definitely studied more than them lah.. so rude still like tat.. they better to apologise to me ah.. if nt i go media.. make them do public apology then they know.. no manners at all.. idiots.. really spoilt my day..
had an online conference to talk abt the dnd.. so many ppl.. blur.. haha.. so didnt participate.. and hor.. that jf ah.. always called at the wrong time one.. then still say me.. haha..
